Staff accounted for 40.4% of total operating expenditures in 2022. The bank operated a network of 385 branches and employed 11,309 persons in 2022.
Comparing Santander Bank Polska with its closest peers, PKO BP operated in 2022 with a cost to income ratio of 45.1% in 2022, Pekao reached 54.5% and ING Bank Slaski some 55.7%.
