Historically, total spice consumption in Ukraine reached an all time high of 14.0 kt in 2011 and an all time low of 1.03 kt in 1992. When compared to Ukraine's main peers, total spice consumption in Poland amounted to 24.0 kt, 6.00 kt in Romania and 74.0 kt in Russia in 2021.
