Tax revenue as a share of GDP fell 29.4% to 8.32% in Kazakhstan in 2020, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, tax revenue as a share of GDP in Kazakhstan reached an all time high of 18.3% in 2011 and an all time low of 6.79% in 1997.
