Trinity Bank's capital adequacy ratio reached 21.5% at the end of third quarter of 2023, down from 22.5% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 23.4% in 1Q2023 and an all time low of 8.31% in 3Q2008.
The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 19.8% at the end of third quarter of 2023, up from 17.3% compared to the same period of last year and down from 20.7% when compared to the the previous quarter.
Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 27.0% at the end of 3Q2023, up from 19.8% when compared to the same period of last year. Some 10 years ago, loan to deposit ratio of the bank amounted to 82.9%.
When compared to bank's main peers, Ceska Sporitelna ended the third quarter of 2023 with a capital adequacy ratio at 19.2% and loans to deposits of 69.8%, CSOB with 19.9% and 60.4% respectively and Komercni Banka some 20.2% in terms of capital adequacy and 72.1% of loans to deposits at the end of the third quarter of 2023.
