Russian banking sector provided mortgage loans of RUB 5,420 bil in 2Q2018, up 4.48% when compared to the last year.
VTB Bank accounted for 20.3% of all mortgage loans issued in Russia at the end of 2Q2018. Historically, the bank’s market share in mortgage loans reached an all time high of 22.5% in 4Q2014 and an all time low of 19.2% in 4Q2010.
