Based on a comparison of 10 banks in Slovenia in 2017, Nova Ljubljanska banka had the most employees, followed by NKBM Group and Abanka Group.

Nova Ljubljanska banka employed 6,372 persons in 2017, up 3.19% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank's workforce hit an all time high of 8,461 persons in 2008 and an all time low of 4,271 in 2000.
