Based on a comparison of 10 banks in Slovenia in 2016, UniCredit Bank Slovenia was paying its employees the best, followed by Sberbank Slovenia and Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Slovenia.

UniCredit Bank Slovenia employed 561 persons in 2016, down 6.50% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank's workforce hit an all time high of 609 persons in 2011 and an all time low of 391 in 2005.
