Based on a comparison of 175 countries in 2019, Monaco ranked the highest in fixed broadband internet penetration based on subscribers as a percentage of population with 52.6% followed by Cayman Islands and France. On the other end of the scale was Chad with 0.001%, South Sudan with 0.002% and Dem. Republic of the Congo with 0.005%.
