Based on a comparison of 178 countries in 2019, China ranked the highest in mobile cellular subscriptions with 1,746 mil followed by India and USA. On the other end of the scale was Monaco with 0.034 mil, Liechtenstein with 0.048 mil and Cayman Islands with 0.097 mil.
