Based on a comparison of 60 countries in 2014, Netherlands ranked the highest in Part-Time Employed (As % of Total Workforce) with 37.6% followed by Switzerland and Ireland. On the other end of the scale was Bulgaria with 2.38%, Slovakia with 3.83% and Russia with 4.10%.
