Based on a comparison of 33 countries in 2014, Finland ranked the highest in physiotherapists per 10,000 inhabitants with 24.7 persons followed by Norway and Germany. On the other end of the scale was Turkey with 0.373 persons, Portugal with 1.31 persons and Latvia with 2.81 persons.
