Based on a comparison of 11 countries in 2018, Canada ranked the highest in canary seed production with 117,800 tonnes followed by Thailand and Argentina. On the other end of the scale was Mexico with 3.00 tonnes, Morocco with 75.0 tonnes and Spain with 408 tonnes.
