Based on a comparison of 44 countries in 2021, Russia ranked the highest in raspberry production with 197,700 tonnes followed by Mexico and Serbia. On the other end of the scale was Slovakia with 10.0 tonnes, New Zealand with 39.5 tonnes and Czechia with 40.0 tonnes.

Total raspberry production reached 886,539 tonnes in 2021 in the World according to Faostat. This is 1.43 % less than in the previous year and 32.4 % more than 10 years ago.

Historically, total raspberry production reached an all time high of 899,197 tonnes in 2020 and an all time low of 134,115 tonnes in 1961. The average annual growth amounted to 3.20 % since 1961.
