Historically, agricultural land per capita in Uganda reached an all time high of 12,871 sqm in 1961 and an all time low of 3,665 sqm in 2014. When compared to Uganda's main peers, agricultural land per capita in Kenya amounted to 6,065 sqm, 1,574 sqm in Rwanda, 24,444 sqm in South Sudan and 3,750 sqm in Dem. Republic of the Congo in 2014.
