Historically, ARPU from fixed telephony in Greece reached an all time high of 1,041 USD in 2008 and an all time low of 492 USD in 2002. When compared to Greece's main peers, ARPU from fixed telephony in Bulgaria amounted to 149 USD, 322 USD in Macedonia and 300 USD in Turkey in 2009.
