Bank deposits reached 42.4 EUR bil in 2017 in Cyprus, according to the National Central Bank. This is 3.24 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, bank deposits in Cyprus reached an all time high of 90.8 EUR bil in 2010 and an all time low of 41.1 EUR bil in 2016. When compared to Cyprus's main peers, bank deposits in Greece amounted to 150 EUR bil, 1,231 ILS bil in Israel and 1,611 TRY bil in Turkey in 2017.
