Bank loans to non-residents reached RUB 7,948 bil in third quarter of 2021 in Russia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.15% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, bank loans to non-residents in Russia reached an all time high of RUB 8,610 bil in 3Q2015 and an all time low of RUB 2,381 bil in 2Q2009.
