Historically, citrus fruit production in Taiwan reached an all time high of 574 kt in 2008 and an all time low of 54.9 kt in 1961. When compared to Taiwan's main peers, citrus fruit production in China amounted to 34,927 kt and 209 kt in Philippines in 2014.
