Consumer loans reached USD 553 bil in 2021 in Germany, according to the National Central Bank. This is 31.4% less than in the previous year.
Historically, consumer loans in Germany reached an all time high of USD 949 bil in 1996 and an all time low of USD 484 bil in 2001.
