Based on a comparison of 45 countries in 2013, Switzerland ranked the highest in consumption of cocoa per capita with 5.77 kg followed by Belgium and Norway. On the other end of the scale was China with 0.030 kg, India with 0.030 kg and Indonesia with 0.090 kg.
