Emigration Rate of Tertiary Educated (As % of Total Tertiary Educated)

Based on a comparison of 179 countries in 2000, Guyana ranked the highest in emigration rate of tertiary educated as a percentage of total tertiary educated population with 89.2% followed by Jamaica and Haiti. On the other end of the scale was Taiwan with 0%, South Sudan with 0% and Serbia with 0%.
