Based on a comparison of 9 countries in 2016, Turkey ranked the highest in Figs - Area (cultivation/harvested/production) with 50.0 1,000 ha followed by Spain and Portugal. On the other end of the scale was Slovenia with 0.010 1,000 ha, Cyprus with 0.190 1,000 ha and France with 0.380 1,000 ha.
