Fx denominated bank loans reached ZAR 368 bil in first quarter of 2021 in South Africa, according to the National Central Bank. This is 7.50% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, FX denominated bank loans in South Africa reached an all time high of ZAR 517 bil in 1Q2020 and an all time low of ZAR 136 bil in 1Q2011.
