Hard coal production reached 8.82 kt in 2009 in Serbia, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 14.3% more than in the previous year.
Historically, hard coal production in Serbia reached an all time high of 36.4 kt in 2006 and an all time low of 7.72 kt in 2008.
Serbia has been ranked 59th within the group of 60 countries we follow in terms of hard coal production.
