Historically, interest rate on bank loans in Peru reached an all time high of 4,260 % in 1990 and an all time low of 15.7 % in 2014. When compared to Peru's main peers, interest rate on bank loans in Bolivia amounted to 8.11 %, 46.9 % in Brazil, 4.55 % in Chile and 13.7 % in Colombia in 2017.
