Historically, expenditure of international tourism in Russia reached an all time high of 59,504 USD mil in 2013 and an all time low of 7,097 USD mil in 1999. When compared to Russia's main peers, expenditure of international tourism in China amounted to 277,345 USD mil, 104,204 USD mil in Germany, 28,096 USD mil in Japan and 186,508 USD mil in USA in 2018.
