Number of international tourist arrivals reached 0.923 mil in 2017 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, according to Eurostat. This is 18.6 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, number of international tourist arrivals in Bosnia and Herzegovina reached an all time high of 0.923 mil in 2017 and an all time low of 0.115 mil in 1997. When compared to Bosnia and Herzegovina's main peers, number of international tourist arrivals in Croatia amounted to 15.6 mil, 58.3 mil in Italy, 1.88 mil in Montenegro and 1.50 mil in Serbia in 2017.
Bosnia and Herzegovina has been ranked 114th within the group of 149 countries we follow in terms of number of international tourist arrivals, 16 places above the position seen 10 years ago.
