Number of international tourist arrivals reached 1.86 mil in 2017 in Lebanon, according to Eurostat. This is 10 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, number of international tourist arrivals in Lebanon reached an all time high of 2.17 mil in 2010 and an all time low of 0.424 mil in 1996. When compared to Lebanon's main peers, number of international tourist arrivals in Cyprus amounted to 3.65 mil, 3.61 mil in Israel and 3.84 mil in Jordan in 2017.
