Number of international tourist arrivals reached 0.367 mil in 2015 in Yemen, according to Eurostat. This is 64 % less than in the previous year.
Historically, number of international tourist arrivals in Yemen reached an all time high of 1.06 mil in 2006 and an all time low of 0.058 mil in 1999. When compared to Yemen's main peers, number of international tourist arrivals in Eritrea amounted to 0.114 mil, 1.91 mil in Oman and 18.0 mil in Saudi Arabia in 2015.
Yemen has been ranked 134th within the group of 162 countries we follow in terms of number of international tourist arrivals, 15 places behind the position seen 10 years ago.
