Based on a comparison of 50 countries in 2016, India ranked the highest in killed in road traffic accidents with 150,785 persons followed by China and USA. On the other end of the scale was Liechtenstein with 2.00 persons, Malta with 11.0 persons and Iceland with 18.0 persons.
