Mortgage loans as a share of gdp reached 3.59% in second quarter of 2023 in Rwanda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.02% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of GDP in Rwanda reached an all time high of 4.32% in 4Q2021 and an all time low of 0.491% in 2Q2012.
