Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 0.225% in third quarter of 2021 in Nigeria, according to the National Central Bank. This is 10.6% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Nigeria reached an all time high of 0.309% in 1Q2021 and an all time low of 0.188% in 1Q2020.
