Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 29.7% in 2022 in Poland, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.53% more than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Poland reached an all time high of 34.7% in 2011 and an all time low of 1.42% in 1996.
