Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 16.5% in 2018 in Rwanda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 3.33% more than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Rwanda reached an all time high of 17.4% in 2013 and an all time low of 3.38% in 2012.
