Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 13.2% in 2017 in Serbia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.23% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Serbia reached an all time high of 14.3% in 2013 and an all time low of 1.73% in 2003.
