Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 23.1% in second quarter of 2020 in Swaziland, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.33% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Swaziland reached an all time high of 27.1% in 1Q2019 and an all time low of 5.55% in 4Q2019.
