Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 2.68% in 2021 in Ukraine, according to the National Central Bank. This is 10.6% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Ukraine reached an all time high of 14.0% in 2009 and an all time low of 2.68% in 2021.
