Mortgage loans reached EUR 33.5 bil in 2022 in Greece, according to the National Central Bank. This is 10.5% more than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Greece reached an all time high of EUR 79.5 bil in 2010 and an all time low of EUR 0.307 bil in 1980.
