Mortgage loans reached ISK 1,778 bil in second quarter of 2023 in Iceland, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.12% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Iceland reached an all time high of ISK 1,778 bil in 2Q2023 and an all time low of ISK 758 bil in 4Q2016.
