Mortgage loans reached KES 115 bil in 2022 in Kenya, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.25% more than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Kenya reached an all time high of KES 125 bil in 2020 and an all time low of KES 3.39 bil in 2007.
