Mortgage Loans (Local Currency) in Sri Lanka

Mortgage loans reached SKR 62.0 bil in 2018 in Sri Lanka, according to the National Central Bank. This is 26.0% more than in the previous year.

Historically, mortgage loans in Sri Lanka reached an all time high of SKR 62.0 bil in 2018 and an all time low of SKR 10.2 bil in 2011.
