Mortgage loans reached CHF 911 bil in 2021 in Switzerland, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.94% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Switzerland reached an all time high of CHF 938 bil in 2020 and an all time low of CHF 118 bil in 1985.
