Mortgage loans reached TNS 536 bil in second quarter of 2023 in Tanzania, according to the National Central Bank. This is 17.0% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Tanzania reached an all time high of TNS 567 bil in 3Q2020 and an all time low of TNS 313 bil in 1Q2015.
