Mortgage loans per capita reached USD 2,416 in December 2013 in Latvia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 0.155% more than in the previous month.
Historically, mortgage loans per capita in Latvia reached an all time high of USD 2,719 in February 2012 and an all time low of USD 2,313 in March 2013.
