Mortgage loans reached USD 2,429 bil in second quarter of 2023 in Armenia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 7.18% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Armenia reached an all time high of USD 2,429 bil in 2Q2023 and an all time low of USD 0.213 bil in 1Q2010.
