Mortgage loans reached USD 6.88 bil in second quarter of 2022 in Bangladesh, according to the National Central Bank. This is 3.72% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Bangladesh reached an all time high of USD 7.15 bil in 1Q2022 and an all time low of USD 1.60 bil in 2Q2014.
Bangladesh has been ranked 37th within the group of 80 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans.
