Mortgage loans reached USD 1,656 bil in February 2023 in Germany, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.89% less than in the previous month.
Historically, mortgage loans in Germany reached an all time high of USD 1,728 bil in May 2021 and an all time low of USD 983 bil in February 2003.
