Mortgage loans reached USD 10.4 bil in fourth quarter of 2022 in Kazakhstan, according to the National Central Bank. This is 13.6% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Kazakhstan reached an all time high of USD 12.9 bil in 4Q2008 and an all time low of USD 0.665 bil in 4Q2016.
