Mortgage loans reached USD 0.803 bil in second quarter of 2023 in Kenya, according to the National Central Bank. This is 6.16% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Kenya reached an all time high of USD 1.19 bil in 1Q2017 and an all time low of USD 0.036 bil in 1Q2008.
