Mortgage loans reached USD 0.198 bil in second quarter of 2023 in Nigeria, according to the National Central Bank. This is 37.8% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Nigeria reached an all time high of USD 0.318 bil in 1Q2023 and an all time low of USD 0.092 bil in 1Q2020.
